I have only recently joined the DA community as a better alternative to my former Flickr account.  

The latter was used mostly to share some of my textures and stock images, but after having a good look at DA, I realized that it had whole lot more to offer.

I do not often use stock images in my graphic art, usually making my own, but when I do, I am very grateful that someone was generous enough to allow the use of their photos.

Like so many others, this is what led me to share my own images.

Please note that I went back to work full time very recently after 12 years of being a stay-at-home mom, and that I am still struggling with time management issues.  I will try to reply to comments and messages as often as possible, but it could happen that I remain away for days at a time.  Please forgive me for any delays or if I accidentally forget to reply.
